The applicant must give a minimum 3 working days notice when the move of the load will be carried out in order to give SaskTel, SaskPower, Access Communications and the City to coordinate the move.

Conditions of the permit

You must meet all conditions of the permit.

The applicant must give a minimum 3 working days notice to when the move of the above load will be carried out in order to give SaskTel (1-800-727-5835), SaskPower (1-888-757-6937), Access Cable (1-866-363-2225), and the City of North Battleford (1-306-445-1700) time to coordinate the move. The onus is on the applicant to contact these companies prior to the planned move.

Prior to a permit being issued as applied for, the applicant must travel the route to determine they can safely manoeuvre without causing damage to any City Infrastructure.

The applicant hereby agrees that, if a permit is issued as applied for, the applicant will pay the full amount of any damages resulting or arising from or during the course of the travel for which the permit is sought and will indemnify the approving authorities listed below against any such damages or injury. (Attach copy of Bond of Indemnity or Insurance Policy in the amount of at least $1,000,000.00)

The applicant hereby agrees that, if a permit is issued as applied for, that the said applicant will pay any charges levied for the supplying of such persons and/or equipment as may be required to assist the applicant to travel the approved route with such costs to be paid at time of issuance of permit. See Bylaw 1946 Schedule E for minimum charges.

The applicant hereby agrees that, if a permit is issued as applied for, that the said applicant agrees to adhere to all Provincial regulations and City bylaws that may pertain to the above.

The authorized agents, listed below, may suspend or revoke an Overdimensional Load Moving Permit where the applicant fails to abide by any condition of the permit or approval or where the applicant supplies false information pertaining to the dimensions of the load being moved.

Payment of any charge or cost levied for damages arising from the move is due thirty (30) days after the date of mailing of the bill.
